A conveyor belt has packages with given weights. The ship has a maximum capacity cap. Each day, packages are loaded in order without exceeding cap. Return the minimum cap such that all packages ship within days days.

Example: weights = [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10], days = 5 → 15.
